A fixed contract does not suit all businesses. That’s why Aztech offer Pay As You Go Support. A simple ‘support slots’ payment system. Support Slots can be purchased in advance to be used for our support services.
The price per 15 minute slots is dependent on how many support slots are purchased. The more you buy the less they cost!
Whilst there are no additional fees for remote support, if and when an engineer is required onsite there is a call out fee to cover the travel and admin costs.
“Support Slots” are deducted from your balance as and when support is used. There are no standing fees or retainers.
The “Support Slots” cover all the support you require, whilst ad hoc consultancy and project services are priced individually per job/contract.
All support is carried out by our qualified engineers and support calls are logged via our helpdesk and a full log of the work completed will be delivered by email.
