All our managed service support packages offer a high level of proactive support. It starts with us completing two tasks:
1. IT Health Check. This will allow us to complete a review of your current systems and report any issues we detect.
2. Aztech Business IT Roadmap. With any investment there is usually a goal behind it and IT is no different. Our IT Roadmap document is designed to help you achieve those goals. We will listen to what you are trying to achieve then produce a 12 month plan to recommend which technologies will help you in succeeding your goals.
